Specializing in cases involving clients at risk of persecution in their home country, Tom Brannen is an experienced litigator who frequently represents our clients at immigration court proceedings, USCIS interviews and appeals before the Immigration Board of Appeals
and the federal courts. Reflecting his focus on human rights and refugee issues, he has volunteered as an election observer in El Salvador and served on the board of a non-profit serving indigent immigrants. Tom spent several years in Texas before settling in
Pennsylvania. While in Texas, he was deeply involved with a Day Labor Site serving as Interim Director for the non-profit group integral in creating an Immigrant Rights program for detained women and children. Tom is conversant in Spanish.
