Thomas M. Griffin is a dedicated immigration attorney who continuously finds ways to better assist his diverse clientele. He is fluent in Spanish and Haitian Creole, which helps him serve his clients. Thomas dedicates his time to fight on the behalf of immigrant families who are in difficult circumstances, including those seeking asylum or who are fighting deportation. He is also a proud member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), co-founded the Lamp for Haiti Foundation in Cite Soleil, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and served as an election observer in El Salvador. Thomas litigates in appeals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as federal courts.
