Thomas M. Griffin is a dedicated immigration attorney who continuously finds ways to better assist his diverse clientele. He is fluent in Spanish and Haitian Creole, which helps him serve his clients. Thomas dedicates his time to fight on the behalf of immigrant families who are in difficult circumstances, including those seeking asylum or who are fighting deportation. Additionally, he works diligently to connect immigrants to potential employers. Thomas received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. While attending school, he was an associate executive editor of the Law Review, and even participated in a legal writing compensation. Before his path to law, he previously worked as a probation and parole officer in federal courts and was a schoolteacher. Thomas has been selected to Super Lawyers each year since 2020. He is also a proud member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), co-founded the Lamp for Haiti Foundation in Cite Soleil, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and served as an election observer in El Salvador. Thomas litigates in appeals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as federal courts.
